Why Exercise is Important
A huge piece of being mentally well is being physically well. To maintain good mental health, we need to do something to build our bodies up. Our brains are connected to our bodies, after all! A nice walk or run on the treadmill, or lifting a few light weights every day can make a big difference in our long term mental wellbeing.
